You will greet members, manage check-ins, promote club policies, and support membership processing while maintaining a clean, safe, and friendly club environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, and proactive assistance on the club floor, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in a customer service environment preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided by Planet Fitness)
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter. Assist with check-in and inquiries.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership-related functions: sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Conduct tours for prospective members to discuss their needs.
• Execute retail transactions and strive to meet sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing equipment and facilities.
• Ensure restrooms are clean and well-maintained.
• Regularly walk through club areas to address safety and policy issues.
• Address maintenance issues such as broken equipment.
