Job summary

CLUB4 Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Memphis, TN, for a part-time position. You will deliver superior customer service to current members and prospects, handle front desk tasks, sign up new members, and provide tours of the Club facility.

The role requires a friendly, upbeat attitude, punctuality, and reliability, with basic computer skills and the ability to interact professionally with members and staff. CPR/AED certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests and prospects with exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check members into the PEAK/ABC IGNITE purchasing system.
• Assist with new membership sign-ups.
• Give tours of the Club facility to prospective members.
• Update member account information as needed.
• Respond to questions/concerns in a timely, professional manner and escalate when needed.
• Maintain Club cleanliness and neatness.
• Complete daily Club cleaning assignments.
