Taymax Group is seeking a Member Services Representative for the Florence, AL Planet Fitness location. You will greet members and guests, sign up new members, process tours, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, basic computer skills, and a positive, reliable attitude. You will contribute to maintaining clean facilities and smooth front-desk operations to support member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires 18 years of age or older.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Positive, upbeat attitude and an interest in fitness.
• Exceptional customer service and professional communication.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Diplomacy in all interactions with members and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities including answering phones and assisting callers.
• Check members into the system and sign up new members, calculating rates and monthly payments.
• Count the drawer and assist the Club Manager as needed.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the club and support daily tasks.
• Complete daily tasks within the first hour of shift and follow priority cleaning lists.
• Perform walk-arounds and bathroom checks as needed.
• Support other duties based on club needs.
