Job summary

HealthPartners’ Stillwater Clinic is hiring a Medical Receptionist for our Primary Care Frontline team. You will greet patients, collect co-pays, schedule follow-ups and referrals, and support clerical duties while protecting patient confidentiality.

You will handle a high-volume phone line, answer inquiries, and strive for courteous, timely service. The role requires accuracy with computer systems and a willingness to adapt to daily process improvements in a fast-paced, patient-centered

Qualifications

• 6 months related experience.
• Accurate computer/keyboard skills.
• Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.
• Proficient in operation of telephone and headsets, PC, printer, photo copier and fax machine.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to incoming calls from patients and employer groups.
• Greet patients, collect co-pays, schedule follow-up appointments and referrals, and support clerical duties.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide timely, courteous service.
