Qualifications

• 6 months related experience.
• Accurate computer/keyboard skills.
• Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.
• Proficient operation of telephone, headsets, PC, printer, photocopier and fax machine.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to incoming calls from patients and employer groups.
• Greet patients, collect co-pays, schedule follow-up appointments and referrals.
• Support clerical duties and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely, professional work.
