Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with warmth and provide exceptional customer service.
• Check-in/out patients and verify demographic/insurance information.
• Verify insurance eligibility; collect co-pays, balances, and product payments.
• Answer calls and assist with scheduling and inquiries.
• Maintain an organized appointment schedule and communicate delays.
• Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

• Contribute to establishing efficient front desk processes at the new Naples location.
