Advancedderm in Orange Park, FL is seeking a Medical Receptionist for a part-time position. You will warmly greet patients, manage appointment flow, collect forms, and verify insurance IDs as part of a busy dermatology practice.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, familiarity with medical terminology and basic software (Word/Excel). A positive attitude and reliable teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Typing speed 40 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate efficient patient entry and greet patients professionally.
• Distribute information and forms, ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Copy insurance IDs and driver licenses, support front-office activities.
• Support Office Manager and front-office administrators.
• Pull and file patient records; handle phone outreach and scheduling support.
