Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in Lake Nona, Orlando, FL seeks a friendly Medical Receptionist for a part-time on-site role. You will greet patients, manage scheduling, and support front desk operations in a fast-paced dermatology practice.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical computer programs and insurance policies preferred.
• Type 40 wpm.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating the efficient and timely entry of patients to the office setting.
• Greeting all patients in a professional manner.
• Handing out literature and forms to be filled out by patients and ensuring accuracy.
• Copying insurance ID cards and driver licenses and other office tasks.
• Support front office administrators and Office Manager in daily operations.
• Pulling and filing patient records; communicate with patients via phone for scheduling.
