Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; front desk supervisory or four years of hotel front office experience preferred.

• Strong communication, numerical aptitude, and guest-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily front desk coverage and complete all required duties and shift checklists.
• Plan shifts around occupancy, group movements, and staffing with clear priorities.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Rooms Control to verify readiness.
• Maintain accurate guest billing, explain rates and policies, and uphold service standards.
• Coach associates, manage schedules, and align with forecasted demand.
