Sheraton Portland is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to become the face of the hotel, delivering welcoming service from check-in to check-out. You’ll create a warm atmosphere, assist guests with local recommendations, and handle guest requests with care.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, on-site lobby setting, using computers and a property management system, while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and a positive attitude throughout shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent; 3–6 months related experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests at the front desk and ensure a warm, helpful check-in/out experience.
• Provide local area information on restaurants, entertainment, and events.
• Handle cash carefully and operate PMS, databases, and computers.
• Maintain high professional standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.
