Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year supervisory experience in a high-volume setting preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience in a Four Diamond quality organization preferred.
• Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
• Experience with Windows, Office, and property management systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interact and communicate with team during daily pre-shift meetings to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, hours, room types, rates, packages, and group activities.
• Promote initiatives like upsell programs and CoralTree Delivers; track performance.
• Ensure front desk checklists are completed and policies followed.
• Recruit, hire, train, and support front desk staff.
