Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is required.
• Must be reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic and friendly.
• Interest in health, fitness and/or sports.

• Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
• Coach and lead a team.
• Assist Front Desk Manager in hiring, training and supervising staff.
