Hilton Phoenix Chandler is seeking a Front Desk Manager to oversee all Front Desk functions and lead the team in delivering exceptional guest service. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

You will coach staff, manage complaints, and ensure adherence to policies while driving revenue through room occupancy and guest satisfaction. The position is based at the Chandler, AZ property and requires a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major preferred.
• Previous Front Office management experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; second language helpful.
• Ability to access, retrieve, and leverage information from the hotel PMS system.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Front Desk functions and team members.
• Develop goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
• Handle complaints and resolve grievances and conflicts.
• Promote same-day selling to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
• Lead by example with honesty and integrity; provide coaching to staff.
