This full-time role offers $17 per hour, weekly pay, paid training, healthcare benefits where eligible, and career development opportunities through NFC University, with a strong emphasis on hospitality, teamwork, multitasking, and attentive service.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or lobby environment.
• Strong hospitality and guest-service mindset.
• Willingness to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and teams.
• Legal to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations by communicating with team members, property management, and residents/guests.
• Receive and sign for deliveries; ensure deliveries reach residents efficiently.
• Coordinate contractor arrivals and realtor/homebuyer visits.
• Advise residents and guests of property rules and regulations.
• Follow procedures for access for residents, guests, and vendors.
• Promptly answer and complete resident requests, calls, or concerns.
• Maintain professional appearance in uniform.
• Enjoy interacting with residents.
