You will train staff on guest love, loyalty enrollment, and service delivery while maintaining smooth daily operations and cash handling.

Qualifikationen

• OPERA PMS experience required; IHG brand knowledge is a plus.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality.
• Full availability for open, closing, weekend and holiday shifts in a 24/7 hotel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional customer service etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task and resolve operational or guest conflicts quickly.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and schedule guest service reps and night audit staff.
• Maintain OPERA PMS proficiency for reservations, check-ins, billing, and room inventory.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally, turning issues into positive experiences.
• Ensure compliance with Holiday Inn and IHG brand standards and safety protocols.
• Lead training on Guest Love, IHG One Rewards enrollment, and service delivery.
• Manage daily cash postings and reconciliations.
