Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Manager for the Courtyard Plano at The Colony in Plano, TX. You will lead front desk operations, supervise Guest Service Agents, and ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to brand standards and SOPs.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, and customer issue resolution, with emphasis on professional conduct, communication, and teamwork. A Certified Food Handler and 2 years of front desk management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have English communication skills and a professional appearance.
• 2 years of hotel front desk management experience.
• Certified Food Handler certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and evaluate front desk staff.
• Respond to guests' requests and resolve issues to maximize satisfaction.
• Oversee front desk operations, schedules and adherence to SOPs.
• Supervise the Guest Service Agents and input schedules into UKG.
• Resolve guest issues and document outcomes with good judgment and diplomacy.
• Input supply orders for front desk via Birch Street and manage supplies.
• Monitor guest relations via GXP chats and Bonvoy arrivals.
• Assist with Medallia responses following Crescent and Brand standards.
• Maintain attendance discipline and ensure regular availability.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
