Hilton San Diego Gaslamp Quarter is seeking a Front Desk Manager to lead the Front Office team in delivering exceptional guest service in the Gaslamp Quarter of downtown San Diego. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, uphold brand standards, and manage daily operations to meet budgeted profit and margin targets.

The role requires 2+ years of front office leadership experience, strong communication, time management, and a commitment to guest satisfaction in a fast-paced luxury hotel

Qualifications

• College level reasoning, math, and language skills.
• Two years prior departmental management experience in front office or related disciplines.
• Time management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Computer experience
