Job summary

Hilton Parc 55 San Francisco seeks a seasoned Front Office Manager to oversee daily front desk operations, guest services, and room inventory while delivering the warm, light-filled hospitality our guests expect.

You will lead a 400+ room front office team, drive guest satisfaction, up-sell to boost occupancy, and mentor colleagues in a fast-paced, award-winning workplace recognized for Great Places to Work.

Qualifications

• Two years of hotel front desk management experience.
• Experience managing 400+ rooms properties is highly preferred.
• Union experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily front office operations: oversee guest service, registration, room inventory, and adherence to policies.
• Monitor and elevate service: track guest satisfaction and guide improvements to guest experience.
• Implement revenue initiatives: promote hotel services and up-selling to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Facilitate team knowledge: provide updates and training on hotel offerings and local attractions.
• Delight our guests: welcome guests, respond to inquiries, resolve concerns promptly.
• Inspire and develop the team: supervise front office staff, monitor performance, coach, and foster a positive environment.
