Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all Front Office operations including guest service and registration.
• Interview, hire, evaluate, discipline, and train Front Desk personnel.
• Strive to attain high guest service standards and resolve complaints.
• Maintain and operate all equipment, including point-of-sale equipment.
