Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Bettendorf is looking for a Front Desk Manager to oversee front office operations and enhance guest experiences. This position involves hiring and training a team of Guest Service Agents while managing guest registration and service standards.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of hotel management experience and a high school diploma. Strong multitasking and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel supervisory or management experience required.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service.
• Physical ability to stand and lift items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead front office operations including guest registration and service standards.
• Hire, train, and coach a team of up to 15 Guest Service Agents.
• Manage audit procedures and accounts reconciliation.
