Job summary

SPS North America is hiring a Field Support Specialist/Office Support Specialist in Sunnyvale, CA. You will be the frontline ambassador handling front desk duties, lobby flow, and guest services while also managing mail, shipments, and document production tasks.

You will operate MFDs for print and binding, maintain office spaces, and coordinate supplies. The role requires travel to regional SPS sites and a proactive, calm approach to downtime tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in office services, hospitality, or logistics.
• Proficiency with MS Office and willingness to learn proprietary systems.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel regionally.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs with teammate).

Responsibilities

• Provide a 5-star concierge experience for guests and clients.
• Manage lobby flow, security protocols, and global call routing.
• Operate high-end MFDs for print, binding, and scanning.
• Maintain conference rooms, pantries, and common areas to VIP-ready status.
• Maintain inventory and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Travel to regional SPS sites as required.
