Claiborne Senior Living seeks a dependable Lead Concierge to head front desk operations and support key administrative functions within the community. You will champion hospitality, coordinate onboarding, and act as a liaison across departments to ensure a seamless resident and family experience.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in customer service or admin, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; EHR/timekeeping familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience (senior living, healthcare, or hospitality preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional communication skills and a confident presence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems (EHR/timekeeping systems a plus).
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk operations and set the standard for hospitality and professionalism.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and staff.
• Support administrative and documentation processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
