Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to serve as the welcoming face at our senior living community. You will create a warm, professional front desk experience for residents, families, guests, and team members.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling calls, coordinating transportation, assisting with events, and maintaining an organized workspace. Weekend/holiday availability and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and courteously.
• Manage the front desk and create a welcoming workspace.
• Coordinate transportation requests for residents.
• Assist with event coordination and community activities.
• Respond to resident inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of community services, amenities, and policies.
• Manage packages and deliveries.
• Support leadership with administrative tasks.
