Dr. Wilkinson’s Backyard Resort and Mineral Springs in Calistoga, CA is seeking a Front Desk team member to provide warm guest service and manage check-in/check-out duties.

You will develop knowledge of the property management system, assist with reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. This full-time, on-site role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist with reservations and check-in/check-out processes.
• Provide gracious guest service and concierge-level support.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth front desk operations.
• Train and schedule front desk staff as directed.
• Handle mail, deliveries, and guest requests.
