PM Hotel Group seeks a dedicated housekeeping associate at Dr. Wilkinson's Backyard Resort & Mineral Springs in Calistoga. This full-time, on-site role involves thorough room cleaning, linen changes, and maintaining high guest satisfaction.

You will follow safety guidelines, handle chemicals properly, and communicate with hotel operations to ensure rooms are ready for guests while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, courtesy and teamwork.
• Ability to exert physical effort to clean 16-18 rooms per shift.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and equipment use.
• Ability to work in high-temperature areas with lint accumulations.
• Punctuality and regular attendance.
• Courteous and friendly with guests and co-workers.

Responsabilités

• Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, per OSHA and hotel requirements.
• Transport cart with supplies to assigned guest rooms and position securely.
• Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including trash removal, linen changes and bathroom cleaning.
• Dust, polish and realign furniture, check for damages, and report maintenance needs.
• Inspect doors, windows, drapes, baseboards and amenities; replenish as needed.
• Vacuum rooms, deodorize, and restock coffee makers and supplies.
• Update room status on the assignment sheet and return cart to storage.
• Handle guest complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and follow Lost and Found policies.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as directed and adapt to changing operations.
