Dr. Wilkinson's Backyard Resort & Mineral Springs in Calistoga, CA is hiring a full-time Dishwasher for on-site duties. The role includes maintaining clean plates, glassware, and utensils, and supporting service lines during busy hours.

Pay is $19.00–$20.00 per hour with benefits and opportunities for growth. Typical shift expectations include evenings and weekends in a dynamic resort kitchen setting.

Mansioni

• Transport china, glassware, and silver to service lines; ensure service plates are hot and ready.
• Attend to food service lines; maintain supply of clean dishes and utensils; refill plate warmers as needed.
• Sweep, clean, and de-grease kitchen floors daily.
• Presoak, clean, and store china, glassware, and silverware as specified.
• Tear down dishwasher at end of shift and wash baskets, tanks, sprayers, and parts for next shift.
• Wash, disinfect, and store pots, pans, and fryers per procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen sinks.
• Retrieve fry pans and return them promptly.
• Perform routine kitchen cleaning tasks: sweep, mop, clean machines, sinks, shelves, and tables; keep dumpster area clean.
• Empty trash cans and relines as needed.
• Maintain banquet silver Utensils storage area orderly.
• Set tables and manage employee lounge cleanup during service.
• Follow all company safety standards; attend mandatory meetings; cross-train as directed.
