Dr. Wilkinson’s Backyard Resort and Mineral Springs in Calistoga is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to welcome guests, handle check-ins and reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.

This full-time, on-site role requires at least three years of hotel front desk experience, fluency in English, and strong interpersonal skills. We offer competitive pay ($23.00–$24.00 hourly), generous PTO, and opportunities for growth within the Modus/PM portfolio.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
• Minimum three years’ experience in a hotel front office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Moderate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with the public.

Responsabilités

• Develop in depth understanding of the property management system and POS functionality.
• Provide gracious and sincere customer service to all arriving and departing hotel guests and visitors.
• Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling front office staff and maintain high morale and productivity.
• Answer phones, take reservations, respond to emails, and check guests in/out.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance; manage guest communications and arrivals/departures.
