Gold's Gym of the Carolinas and Florida is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations, elevate member experiences, and drive revenue through retail, supplements, and personal training leads. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and accountability while upholding brand standards and safety.

The role emphasizes coaching, teamwork, and strong communication with the General Manager and Fitness Manager to optimize bookings and promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front desk teams in fitness/gym environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Proven ability to manage staff, scheduling, and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop front desk operations to deliver a high-level member experience.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and accountability of front desk team.
• Drive revenue through front desk sales, retail, supplements, and personal training leads.
• Promote and track PT bookings and consistency of promotions.
• Manage inventory and retail displays; monitor shrinkage and standards.
• Oversee Kids Club staffing, safety, and daily operations.
• Ensure daily front desk cleanliness, laundry, towels, and front-end presentation.
• Communicate daily goals and track metrics with GM and Fitness Manager.
