Job summary

Shamin Hotels is seeking a guest-focused Front Office Manager to lead the front desk at DoubleTree by Hilton Williamsburg. You will influence the guest's first and last impression, coaching a desk team to check in accurately and respond quickly to service issues.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years at the front desk with supervisory experience and familiarity with a property management system. The role offers a strong benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front desk experience in a hotel with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
• Experience coaching and scheduling a desk team and developing staff.
• Working knowledge of a property management system (PMS). Hilton PEP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front desk operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, guest requests, and night audit oversight to brand standards.
• Own guest satisfaction scores by monitoring feedback, resolving escalations and driving service recovery.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and schedule the front desk team to reduce turnover.
• Manage front desk labor to forecast occupancy while preserving service quality.
• Maintain cash handling, deposits, and audit procedures.
