Job summary

ARAMARK is seeking a Hospitality Worker III at our Potomac location to ensure guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating concerns. The Front Desk Lead Worker may oversee guest services operations and delegate tasks based on client requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous guest services experience preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Make sure all guests are checked in properly with the correct Booking Id Number.
• Check that group billing is setup according to booking ID.
• Check all room rates for accuracy and make corrections if needed, based on group information sheet.
• Forward no-show report to appropriate departments.
• Follow night audit procedure manual.
• Front Desk duties: Check in, Check out and answering the phones.
• Insures credit card transmissions are accurate and transmitted daily.
• Complete the daily GRR and distribute.
• Audit all revenue, settlement, and adjustments for accuracy and for proper backup.
• Major portions of work are performed at a desk and/or computer terminal during the night.
• Follows ARAMARK and NCC policies and procedures and safety policies.
• May be required to work overtime, days, and/or weekends.
• Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the manager.
