Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Lobby Attendant for Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa, a luxury property within our portfolio. This role focuses on maintaining pristine public spaces and supporting room attendants to ensure a memorable guest experience.

You will work as part of a dedicated housekeeping team, delivering friendly, attentive service in a four-diamond resort setting with ocean views and extensive meeting spaces.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience is desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
• Ensure cleanliness of all public areas including bathrooms, lounge areas and hallways.
• Help the room attendants with heavy lifting during deep cleaning or spring cleaning of rooms.
• Clean all public areas following SOPs.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from all service areas to the appropriate locations.
• Always respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and colleagues.
