Qualifications

• Experience in receptionist or customer service roles preferred.

• Willing to obtain Property/Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone and direct to the appropriate team members.
• Manage daily deposits, mail, voicemails, and other administrative tasks.
• Assist with customer service inquiries and maintain customer records.
• Engage with prospective and existing customers to identify insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on needs.
