Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide outstanding guest service, manage check-in/check-out, and answer inquiries with warmth. You will uphold security and privacy while delivering a seamless arrival and departure experience.

You will coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and engineering to meet guest needs, handle payments, and identify opportunities to upsell rooms and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in front desk or guest services preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS and front office software.
• Able to work nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities
