Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Bell Dispatcher to coordinate bell services, luggage handling, and guest arrival/departure experiences, delivering warm, personalized hospitality.

You will communicate with the front desk, concierge, and valet teams, assist guests with requests, recognize VIPs, and ensure seamless, memorable stays. A high school diploma or equivalent and a hospitality mindset are required, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or bell/concierge roles is valued.
• Ability to communicate warmly and clearly with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to recognize VIP guests and respond with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bell services and luggage handling for guests.
• Manage welcoming and farewell experiences with a warm reception.
• Coordinate luggage delivery to rooms and storage areas.
• Serve as a point of contact for guests and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Identify VIP/returning guests and meet their preferences.
• Handle bell service issues with empathy and escalate when needed.
• Engage with guests to anticipate needs and provide personalized service.
• Coordinate with front desk, concierge, and valet to ensure seamless experiences.
• Assist with administrative duties and prepare reports as needed.
• Additional duties may be assigned or modified as necessary.
