Job summary

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of NYC attractions and transport helpful.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and register guests upon arrival and departure.
• Handle calls, check-ins/outs, and payment processing accurately.
• Provide concierge recommendations for local attractions and dining.
• Maintain guest records and respond promptly to inquiries and complaints.
• Assist with luggage and coordinate with operations as needed.
