Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a part-time Guest Services / Front Desk Representative to handle AM/PM shifts and weekends. Responsibilities include check-in/check-out, guest requests, and coordination with housekeeping to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding guest service consistently and maintain high standards.
• Strong communication skills for in-person, phone, and email interactions.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities during shifts.
• Work with a team to meet objectives and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain schedule flexibility to cover AM/PM shifts and weekends.
• Know PBX phone systems and PMS reservation tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during check-in and check-out with accuracy and courtesy.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain reception area and clerical tasks with integrity.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness.
• Upsell rooms and services to drive occupancy and guest satisfaction.
