Job summary

The Atterbury Hotel in Pittsburgh, managed by Sage Hospitality, is seeking a friendly Front Desk Ambassador to welcome guests and manage reservations at the hotel. You will handle check-in/check-out, process payments, and provide accurate information about services and local area attractions.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, fluency in English, and excellent customer service. The role requires basic math skills, cash handling, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience is not required for this role.
• Must be fluent in oral and written English.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and complete check-in procedures for arriving guests.
• Assist with check-out and close guest accounts.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate hotel rates and information to guests; upsell room nights.
• Maintain guest relations with timely, knowledgeable responses.
• Operate PBX equipment and assist with wake-up calls.
