Responsibilities

• Handles check-ins and check-outs, promotes sales programs, maintains guest records and handles cash accurately.
• Audits previous day receipts and balances entries, runs reports, and verifies information.
• May assist with breakfast set up, food prep, service or cleaning as needed.
• Responds promptly to inquiries and requests with a positive service attitude and maintains a safe environment.
