Job summary

PAH Management is seeking a Guest Services Associate to check guests in and out, handle reservations, and provide information on hotel services at our Fayetteville, AR property. You will process payments, coordinate guest requests, and support a smooth front desk operation.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience in hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a hospitable demeanor.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required, preferably in hotel or related field.
• Ability to multitask and stay service-centric in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and listening skills with guests and team members.
• Comfort with handling payments and following hotel procedures.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and manage reservations and confirmations.
• Process payments (cash and card) per hotel policies.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local area to guests.
• Coordinate guest requests and communicate with staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain front desk organization and assist as needed by Front Office Manager.
