Job summary

Phoenix American Hospitality LLC in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly check guests in and out, answer questions, and provide information about hotel services and amenities. You will handle payments per hotel procedures, coordinate requests with the front desk team, and maintain a professional, hospitable attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Some evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• Ability to multitask and stay service-centric in a fast-paced position with constant guest interaction.
• Ability to evaluate and respond quickly in stressful situations and communicate clearly.
• Ability to listen to and understand concerns of guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, and handle reservations and confirmations.
• Process payments according to hotel requirements, including cash and card handling.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local area.
• Coordinate guest requests and communicate with team to ensure excellent service.
• Maintain front desk organization and assist as needed by the Front Office Manager.
