Job summary

Woodward Tahoe offers a front desk role in the Lake Tahoe area, welcoming guests, processing registrations, and handling sales while maintaining records and assisting with reservations. You will also engage customers about programs, manage liability forms, and support inventory and retail operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The position requires prior guest service or retail exposure, strong organization, and a friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• Prior background in guest service or retail position.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Friendly, polite, and outgoing demeanor.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with registrations and check-ins.
• Engage guests about facility offerings and process sales transactions.
• Maintain guest records and liability forms; handle reservations and messages.
• Input data into POS system and create guest records accurately.
• Sell and restock retail items; manage inventory and counts monthly.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized; assist with common areas.
