Buffalo Lodging Associates is hiring a Guest Services Representative/Front Desk Agent for the Comfort Suites near Universal Orlando Resort. This on-site, full-time role involves greeting guests, processing check-ins and check-outs in our property management system, handling payments, and sharing information about local attractions.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a hotel setting preferred.
• Hotel brand experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, property management system, Word and Excel is strongly preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out in the property management system, collecting and storing information.
• Handle cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
• Identify guest needs and provide information about hotel services and amenities; respond to requests promptly.
• Take reservations from callers and input into the hotel management system; update/cancel as requested.
• Weekend availability is required.
