Job summary

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Morris is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to manage front desk operations and ensure guest satisfaction. You will greet guests, handle check-in/out, process reservations, and coordinate with other hotel departments to deliver outstanding service.

This role requires a High School diploma, strong communication skills, and prior customer service experience. Weekend and holiday availability is expected; must be able to lift light weights and stand for

• Experience in hotel front desk or guest services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring satisfaction with rooms and accurate billing.
• Handle cash transactions, maintain records, and process reservations.
• Address guest inquiries and promote hotel services to enhance guest experience.
• Operate telephone systems and manage messages and wake-up calls.
• Maintain professional appearance and support team members as needed.
