Job summary

Belden Hospitality LP is seeking a Front Desk Hospitality Associate in the Hudson Valley region. The role requires delivering outstanding hospitality, greeting guests, and guiding them from check-in to check-out with personalized service.

This position reports to the Guest Service Manager / Hotel Manager and is full-time, with duties across front desk operations, guest inquiries, reservations, and coordination with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education preferred.
• 1–2 years in hospitality or guest-facing roles.
• Front desk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a professional first impression upon arrival.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures and reservations.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, dining, activities, and local attractions.
• Communicate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and coordinate services.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area; ensure smooth shift transitions.
