Job summary

Staybridge Suites Albany is seeking a Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional hospitality at the hotel's hub. You will assist guests with courteous, professional service and handle guest concerns, payments, and brand programs to ensure a memorable stay.

This full-time role requires a friendly, proactive personality and the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Training and benefits are offered to support a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times.
• Maintain a high level of service and hospitality.
• Promptly resolve guest concerns to satisfaction.
• Post guest charges and handle cash accurately per procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel brand programs and offers.
• Communicate guest comments to relevant departments.
• Respond promptly to incoming calls and lobby visits.
• Promote a positive, cooperative relationship with hotel staff.
• Know safety and emergency procedures.
