Paycom - ATS is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Baton Rouge, LA, to serve as the face of the hotel and ensure a welcoming experience for every guest.

You will manage reservations, assist guests, and coordinate with team members to support daily operations. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and may involve light lifting and PHYSICAL tasks.

Qualificações

• Experience in guest-facing roles is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to manage reservations and guest requests.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Assist guests with needs and inquiries to ensure a seamless stay.

• Gather and interpret reports to monitor daily operations.
