Qualifications

• Experience in front office operations.
• Strong guest service orientation.
• Able to work late evening and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, and accommodate special requests.
• Promote and sell services/amenities of the hotel.
• Promote repeat business by encouraging future reservations.
• Be aware of sales leads and report to management.
• Keep housekeeping and other departments informed of guest needs.
• Check all credit cards for validity before the end of the shift.
• Learn and utilize the PMS.
• Balance cash, checks, and other receipts at shift end.
• Maintain a clean, professional lobby and dining area.
• Follow safety and emergency procedures at all times.
• Be flexible with work schedules, including weekends and overnight shifts.
