Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate in Solvang, California. You’ll greet guests, assist with check-in/out, provide room rate quotes, and share information about the resort and local attractions.

The role requires excellent English communication, cash handling, math, and basic computer skills. You’ll balance receipts, process transactions, and help arrange reservations, delivering hospitality with heart in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
• Basic computer and office skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through registration and checkout.
• Issue unit keys and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups; provide room rate quotes.
