Hotel Equities is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative to join our front desk team. You will deliver welcoming, professional service to guests from arrival to departure and assist with reservations, payments and requests.

This role requires strong communication, basic computer and cash-handling skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends or holidays. You will collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hotel front desk or customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Process arrivals, departures, reservations, payments, and requests.
• Respond to questions and special requests promptly.
• Resolve issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain guest records and shift documentation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and other departments.
• Promote hotel services and guest opportunities.
• Follow cash-handling, security, and privacy procedures.
• Monitor lobby and front desk to keep a welcoming environment.
• Complete shift responsibilities and communicate during handoffs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
