Hotel Equities is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative to join our Front Office team in California. You will welcome guests, manage arrivals and departures, handle payments, and respond to requests to ensure a smooth, positive experience throughout each stay.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication, basic computer and cash-handling skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel/front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Process arrivals, departures, reservations, payments, and guest requests.
• Respond promptly to questions and special requests.
• Resolve routine guest issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate guest information and shift documentation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
• Promote hotel services and guest opportunities.
• Follow cash-handling and privacy procedures.
